If you are not satisfied with WinMPG Video convert(Direct-Soft Inc.), contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

Any software purchased on CDs must be unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase. CDs must be received and processed before a refund will be issued.
Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license.

A: Please press "All to AVI" button to convert QuickTime MOV MP4 to AVI. You need install QuickTime 6.0 or later to support this.
